Workflow Automation Now Available for Sequencing Kubernetes Workloads
This week we announced the availability of Navops Command 1.2, the latest release of our software suite that helps enterprises run containerized microservices applications and non-containerized workloads more efficiently on Kubernetes. This sophisticated scheduler and policy management system provides virtual multi-tenancy and resource sharing to increase cluster utilization and lower operation costs.
We are very pleased to report that Navops Command also provides new workflow capabilities. Now, improved automation, enhanced modeling of business processes and overall workflow efficiency will significantly reduce the demand on developers to code job dependency into their software. We have seen a growing need across Kubernetes deployments to address the sequencing of jobs, and to efficiently manage job dependencies in a workflow management framework. With Navops Command 1.2, DevOps engineers can specify job dependencies so that sequence and dependency can be followed at execution time.
